Debt sent to court and judgment against rendered.

I am having debt credit issues. I have some creditor that is taking me to court. and i have check on my credit report that i have a judgement againts me. Is there anything i should do ? i would like to

know whether Lexington Law works whether it does, well they be able to take those judgment of my credit?
