How do I demand my credit report by mail.

Hello, I would like to ask, how do i desire my credit report my mail? Do i just mail a letter requesting my credit report to the addresses of the 3 bureaus, with my personal knowledge in the letter e.g. ssn, dob

etc? Do i send it to any specific area or attn: to anyone to ensure that it was received and not just tossed in the shredder? Please advise at your convenience. Thank you.
