Judgment not mine but Experian and Transunion will not remove it

I have a judgement on experian and transunion that is not mine. I have disputed the judgement with both and followed up with three amendments to transunion. All have been rejected. First and last names are the same

as that on the judgement but that is all that is similar. I have obtained a copy of the judgement giving the spouse’s name (judgement was for unpaid hospital debt from spouse’s
