Based on my experience agencies can be more profitable whether they gather on some commercial accounts, or specialize in collecting on commercial accounts. Commercial accounts normally have larger balances due than consumer accounts so you can gather

less of them and prepare a good amount of money. Otherwise, I had the best luck with veterinary bills, utilities, credit cards, phone bills, oil bills and online purchases.
