What challenges did you face when Starting your Collection Agency?

Some challenges I found were hiring qualified, quality humans and keeping them. Another challenge was making abundant money to upgrade software, computers, and obtaining licensing.

I hired citizens that I trained myself; I had them read books and gave them tests. I observed them working and offered rewards as they did better and learned more. Rewards such as gift certificates to restaurants, gas cards, coffee, lunch, and just

small things go a lengthy way showing appreciation.

I grew my business as it grew, I didn’t take out any loans, and I would work towards obtaining a license in a positive state or towards upgrading software or using an outsourcing letter service or upgrading my postage meter. I would work it into that year’s budget and work towards that goal.
